Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to clipin.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, AI image and video generation tools, editing and publishing features, subscriptions, credits, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credits, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Our AI-Powered Services

Clipin provides digital, internet-delivered tools for generating and editing images, videos, audio, scripts, captions, and related creative materials. Paid access and credits are delivered immediately after a confirmed payment. Generation requests may use third-party AI and infrastructure providers, and availability or processing time may be affected by those providers.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing each output and confirming that your use is lawful and appropriate before publishing, distributing, or relying on it.

Accounts and Security

• Provide accurate, current account and billing information.
• Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Notify us promptly at support@clipin.ai if you suspect unauthorized account use or a billing error.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use them to harm others, commit fraud, interfere with the Services, circumvent safety controls, or generate or distribute prohibited content. The complete content standards—including restrictions on sexual content, violence, hate, child safety, deepfakes and impersonation, and intellectual-property infringement—are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

We may block a request or output, restrict features, remove content, or suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, presents a risk to users or third parties, or exposes the Services to legal or security risk.

User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Inputs

You retain your rights in prompts, images, videos, audio, logos, and other materials you submit ("Inputs"). You represent that you own or have all permissions, releases, and licenses needed to submit and use those Inputs, including permission to use a real person's face, voice, or likeness where applicable.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and adapt Inputs only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and provide the Services.

AI Outputs

Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, these Terms, and the terms of any underlying model provider, you may use outputs generated for you. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular commercial purpose.

Our Services

The Services, software, brand assets, interfaces, and documentation are owned by or licensed to us. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights in them are transferred to you.

Plans, Credits, Billing, and Payment

Subscriptions

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Current features, credit allocations, and prices appear on our Pricing page and at checkout. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed subscription price and applicable taxes at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. Changes to future pricing or plan features will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are digital units used to request eligible Services; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. The checkout and Pricing page state any applicable validity or expiration terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing area of your account using the available subscription-management portal. You may also contact support@clipin.ai from your registered email if you cannot access that portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription ordinarily remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges.

Refund Policy

Because the Services and credits are digital, delivered immediately, and can incur third-party processing costs as soon as a generation is requested, payments are generally non-refundable except under the conditions below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Eligible Refunds

• Duplicate or incorrect charge: a confirmed duplicate payment or billing error is eligible for a full correction or refund.
• Unused credit pack: a credit-pack purchase may be refunded when requested within 7 calendar days of purchase and no credits from that purchase have been consumed.
• First subscription payment: a first-time subscriber may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the initial charge if the included credits and paid generation, export, publishing, or automation benefits have not been used.
• Confirmed extended outage: if a service failure within our reasonable control prevents material use of the paid Services for at least 72 consecutive hours, we may provide a proportional refund or service credit after verification.
• Statutory rights: refunds or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded remain available. Where the law permits withdrawal rights to end after immediate digital delivery begins, requesting or consuming the Services may affect those rights.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@clipin.ai from your registered account email with the subject "Refund Request." Include your account email, transaction or order ID, purchase date, the item charged, and the reason for the request. We may request reasonable additional information needed to verify the payment and account usage.

Review and Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge a complete refund request within 2 business days and decide confirmed requests within 5 business days. If approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card network, or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Credits that have been used or transferred into completed generation work.
• Generation, export, or other digital-service requests that have already begun processing or produced an output, including when the user dislikes the style, quality, or creative result.
• Subscription periods or renewals that have already been materially used.
• Requests submitted outside the eligibility windows above, unless required by law.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for fraud, chargeback abuse, or a violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Delays, limitations, or output variations inherent to third-party AI providers that do not constitute a confirmed billing or service failure.

When a failed generation automatically restores or does not consume credits, that restoration is the remedy for the failed request and does not itself create a right to a cash refund.

Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us at support@clipin.ai before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. This does not limit any right you have to contact your bank or payment provider.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate, unique, lawful for every intended use, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or use, arising from the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your Inputs, your use or distribution of outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, violate the Acceptable Use Policy, engage in fraud, create legal or security risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Refund eligibility following termination remains governed by the Refund Policy above.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so the parties can attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, or our practices. We will post the updated Terms and effective date on this page and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
